Identical in build to its sister structures, the Star Elf ambassadorial housing's ceiling has been enchanted to display an array of twinkling stars in a pattern identical to that seen in the sky of their home dimension. Also like their home realm, the lighting level of the interior of the building is perpetually twilight. Elven inhabitants rarely have a problem with this due to the nearly universal Elven low-light vision.
Like all of the ambassadorial quarters the Star Elf space includes an open balcony large enough for the occupant and a guest or two to sit and watch the world go by, this space faces the main tower and occupants can be seen from the larger structure. Next there is a lounge where an ambassador can meet with guests in private rather than in the main council chamber. Next in the circular build of the structure comes a private balcony just large enough for the habitat's occupant to enjoy a private view of the surrounding forest uninterrupted by the Tiru Tel'Quessir. In the next area clockwise around the construction is a small office area to serve the ambassador's scribing needs, but there it also contains a particularly well-hidden secret door (DC 30) that opens to reveal a functional but dormant portal to that last occupant's home community. Finally comes the room on the opposite side of the large porch from the lounge, the Ambassador's personal space/bedroom. All of these final places lack an actual bed but are instead decorated with a plush and comfortable sitting couch.
